What areas does Premier Real Estate Photography of Utah or "PREP of Utah" service?

We service Salt Lake, Tooele, and Utah Counties with no additional charge. 

If your listing is in a different county than our servicing area, reach out to us before booking an appointment to get an estimate on mileage cost.

Can you upload to MLS for me?

Third party vendors (such as PREP of Utah) are not permitted to login to the MLS nor allowed to login under your username and password. 

What if it is raining or snowing during my appointment

If there is any precipitation in the air, we leave it up to your discretion to reschedule as soon as possible. If you do not call/email us to reschedule within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment, we assume we are still shooting the property (interiors).

What if it is too windy for an arial appointment?

If the wind is above 12 knots per hour (about 13 MPH), we are unable to fly the drone safely. If your aerial photo or video shoot is interrupted by high winds, the appointment will have to be rescheduled. 

What if I'm dissatisfied with PREP of Utah?

100% satisfaction is top priority to us. We regularly work with our clients and collaborate on individual solutions. Please let us know about any issues ASAP so we can keep our businesses growing together.

Can PREP of Utah make floor plans in a .DWG format?

Yes, we can convert your floorplans to a DWG file for your architecture needs. Please contact us before booking if you need a DWG file format as this might be an additional charge. 

How will I receive my images/videos

Within 24-48 hours of the photoshoot, you will receive a delivery email with a link that will allow you to download all the edited content you purchased. 


Remember: You may only use the images/video until the home has been sold or goes off the market. They are copyrighted images, and may not be transferred or sold to another party or vendor to use for their marketing purposes. 

How do you pay?

We ask for a $25 deposit for each photoshoot booked. 

After the photoshoot, you will be receiving an invoice in your email that will provide instructions on how to pay online. The $25 deposit will go towards your total bill.  Full payment for all services rendered upon delivery. 

What is Premier Real Estate Photography of Utah's (Prep of Utah) cancelation policy

There is a $25 charge for same-day cancellation

Not seeing the delivery email after 48 hours?

Please check your spam folder. If you see the email there, please mark it ‘not spam’.  

Please ensure the invoice has not been cleared of remaining balance.

If you do not see the email in your spam folder and the balance of the photoshoot has been paid, please contact us

What if I decide I need more images during the appointment?

There is an additional charge per image to cover extra processing time in order to complete your project. 

How long are Matterport Scans Live and available to access?

Matterport links will be available for 30 days. Matterport monthly hosting fee is $20.00 for each tour after the first 30 days. Please notify us if you need your  link available longer then 30 days to avoid them being archived.
